Scott and Stacy Allen of J.S. Allen Construction, Inc. have been building in Williamson County since 1994. They pride themselves on attention to detail. Great care is given to each project, and they only build 1-2 houses a year. Scott spends much of his time on the jobsite with subcontractors, and Stacy works with the clients, accompanying them on all appointments.
They have built in neighborhoods such as Princeton Hills, McGavock Farms, Hampton Reserve, Hidden River, Chevoit, Magnolia Vale and Chenoweth. Conveniences and luxuries in the home are a priority to Scott and Stacy. Whether it’s home-run 4 pair wiring, heated tile floors, doorjamb lightswitches, toekick central vac outlets, vanity lights or high density insulation on interior walls, the extra attention is directed to it. Even in the “bones” of the house, future wiring and future chases allow for easier modifications and expansions for homeowners.
Along the different stages of the building process, a digital photo catalog and videotape is kept.
According to Scott, “It’s important to treat each room as if we would personally be living there, and think of the potential conveniences we would want or imagine.”
